Concurrently, the smoothness of the transmission system is assessed to ensure that the gearbox, belts, or couplings function correctly across various rotational speeds, thereby verifying that the fundamental mechanical condition meets established standards.

 

During the loaded performance testing phase, cutting operations are carried out in simulated or actual grassland environments, with a focus on evaluating mowing efficiency, cutting uniformity, and power matching capabilities. By observing the equipment's performance when cutting through tall grass, dense vegetation, or even small shrubs, the cutting system's capacity and impact resistance can be effectively assessed. For tracked or wheeled models, the mobility system's terrain traversability and handling stability are also tested to ensure that the machine does not slip or lose control when operating on slopes or complex terrain. Certain high-end models also undergo specific vibration, noise, and durability tests to assess their long-term reliability under sustained use. Through this comprehensive performance testing regimen, it is ensured that heavy-duty mowers possess the necessary safety, efficiency, and operational stability before being deployed for active duty.
