The company was formerly known as Ningbo Haishu Tuochuang Gearbox Co., Ltd., established in July 2020 and deregistered in November 2024. In 2024, it was re-registered as Ningbo Tuona Transmission Equipment Co., Ltd. The legal representative is my daughter, Wu Jialu.
Since its inception, the company's sales revenue has risen year after year, and is projected to reach approximately 12 million by the end of 2025.
Our Product
We primarily design, manufacture, and sell various series of planetary gear reducers, including planetary reducers specifically designed for skid-steer augers, as well as gearboxes for skid-steer mowers. Additionally, we produce and sell various types of drive shafts, spline sleeves, pump bodies, and gearboxes, and provide custom component machining services.

Production Equipment
We currently possess 6 machining centers, 2 turn-mill centers, 3 gear hobbing machines, 3 gear shaping machines, 6 CNC lathes, and 1 projector. By the end of May, we plan to add 1 CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), 2 machining centers, and 2 CNC lathes.

Production Market
Currently, our products are sold to four clients in Wuxi, one in Anhui, and one in Yancheng. These clients primarily distribute the products to the United States, North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Over the past six years, our company has maintained a flawless record with zero product-related complaints. Even amidst the current sluggish market conditions, our production quality has not wavered; we adhere strictly to established manufacturing processes and technical standards to ensure timely delivery and guaranteed quality.
Prior to sale, customers place orders and confirm the specific product model. For new products, customers provide technical drawings or physical samples-including details regarding product structure, technical specifications, output torque, mounting dimensions, and speed ratio. A formal contract is then established, finalizing the price and delivery schedule. Post-sales service includes a one-year warranty period. Should any issues arise within this year, we offer product returns or exchanges; for customers located nearby, we provide on-site repair services. For international customers, the warranty policy typically entails reimbursing the customer for all incurred costs-such as the full purchase price of the complete unit and round-trip shipping fees-should a defect occur during the warranty period.
