The minimum order quantity is more than 10 units. Different colors or models can be mixed in one order. Custom samples are accepted with a development period of up to 45 days. Free samples are not provided.
Manufacturing and Quality Control
The factory currently has 6 machining centers, 2 turn-mill machines, 3 gear hobbing machines, 3 gear shaping machines, 6 CNC lathes, and 1 projector. A coordinate measuring machine, 2 machining centers, and 2 CNC lathes were planned to be added by the end of May.
The factory controls heat treatment and quenching during production. Small-batch orders are fully inspected, while planetary gear reducers and gearboxes receive 100% inspection. Third-party inspection is accepted.
Supply and Service
Standard products have a lead time of around 20 days, while customized products require around 1 month. Large-volume orders may receive a 2–3% discount. Production photos and videos can be provided during manufacturing, and repeat orders can have a shorter lead time.
The company provides a 1-year warranty. For quality problems attributable to the company, defective products are replaced free of charge during the warranty period, with transportation costs covered according to the stated warranty terms. Domestic customers have dedicated after-sales support, while overseas customers are currently supported through remote communication and warranty service.
Packaging can be arranged according to customer requirements. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance. The company supports FOB and accepts USD or RMB. Customers are welcome to visit the factory.
