You can give us your technical drawing or a prototype. We offer OEM and ODM services for the Small Gas Powered Rototiller. For planetary gearboxes and rototiller drives, we do 100% inspection. You can also send a third-party inspector to check the goods. We provide a one-year warranty. If something fails within that year, we replace it for free. We also pay the shipping cost. For overseas customers, we refund the full machine price plus round-trip freight. We do not offer free samples. But you can order a paid sample before you place a large order. Our domestic after-sales has a dedicated person. For overseas, we handle claims by refund or new parts. Our monthly capacity for this model is about 350 units. Repeat orders will be delivered faster. During production, we send you photos and videos so you can see the progress. We have 6 machining centers, 2 turn-mill machines, 3 gear hobbing machines, 3 gear shaping machines, 6 CNC lathes, and one projector. By the end of May, we will add one CMM, two more machining centers, and two more CNC lathes. Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. We only use FOB terms. You can pay in USD or RMB. Bulk orders get a 2-3% discount.
