For planetary gearboxes we do 100% inspection. Third-party inspection accepted. Warranty 1 year: free replacement, we pay freight. Overseas: full refund plus round freight. No free samples. Our customers are in Wuxi, Anhui, Yancheng. They re-export to USA, Europe, Southeast Asia. We have never had a complaint. The market is very competitive but we maintain quality.
