We do not offer free samples. Custom sample development takes 45 days. We accept third-party inspection. We do full inspection for small batches. We do 100% inspection for planetary reducers and gearboxes. We provide a 1-year warranty. We replace faulty products for free. We pay the shipping cost. For overseas customers, we refund the full machine cost and round-trip freight. We have a dedicated after-sales person in China. We do not have a dedicated overseas after-sales person yet.

The Splined drive shaft is built for heavy load work. We have 6 machining centers, 2 turn-mill machines, 3 gear hobbing machines, 3 gear shaping machines, 6 CNC lathes, and 1 projector. By the end of May, we will add 1 CMM, 2 machining centers, and 2 CNC lathes. These machines keep our precision stable. Our clients are in Wuxi (4), Anhui (1), and Yancheng (1). Their products go to the USA, North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Our payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance. We only support FOB. We accept USD or RMB.
